Tupac is known around the world as one of the biggest-selling rappers in history.

But the star was killed in a drive-by assassination on September 7 1996 in Las Vegas before being pronounced dead six days later.

The rapper’s death has not been accepted by some, though, who have proposed conspiracy theories that Tupac is still alive.

And the latest to add his voice is Too Short, who worked with the rapper on collaborations.

In the clip, the 52-year-old is asked about the theory that Suge set up Tupac to be killed

Too Short quickly denies it – but his reason why is shocking.

To which he simply replies: “Because he’s not dead.”

As the interviewer continues to question, the rapper accuses him of believing everything he reads.

“I’m just saying that every politician did not die of f***ing car crashes. Some of them got killed”

“Is people have seen a dead body, that’s cool,” Too Short adds.

“You must live with your truth.

“I’m just saying that every politician did not die of f***ing car crashes. Some of them got killed.

“Some of those plane crashes were deliberate.

“For this s*** to spill over into hip-hop is a possibility.”

If there is truth to Too Short’s theory, it would prove to be a milestone in reports of Tupac’s survival.

Theories have recently been most recently speculated by the son of Pac’s record producer Suge Knight.

And Tupac’s security guard has claimed a body double was used for the rapper’s funeral.

The rapper rose to prominence in the early 1990s with the release of his debut album 2Pacalypse.

Although his later albums would outsell his first on a massive scale, it established him as an important voice in the hip hop industry.

But Tupac was shot outside a nightclub in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996.

The shooting was an act of gang retaliation, a Los Angeles Police department source told People last year.

The record boss’ links to the Mob Piro gang made Knight a target for rival gang Compton Crips.

The source recalled: “It was simple retaliation: you mess with one of ours, we will mess with one of yours. If Orlando had never been jumped in the hotel, they never would have killed Tupac that night.”

With hits like Dear Mama, California Love and All Eyez on Me, he was one of the biggest rappers of the 1990s.
